I've wanted a Sondra Roberts Handbags for the longest time. Several websites have them for $99 - $300. However, I want to be sure that I'm getting a real one. The bag is some seasons old (although I still fancy it), so I don't know if that's why it's on sale or if it's because they're replica.
I've previously checked saks.com, neimanmarcus.com, eluxury.com, and not any of them have the Sondra Roberts Handbags.
If anyone might be of any help I'd be grateful for it.

Try using baby wipes, I know someone who uses them on her leather settee and swears by them.
At a high-end place like BCBG, they will probably fix your handbag for free. Call them up using the 1-800 number on their website and ask about handbag repairs. They should fix it for free and you will just have to pay for shipping. (This makes sense because what you spend in shipping, you'd have to pay for to fix it yourself. Plus, they'll do a better job.)Similar thing happened with my and MJ and they fixed it.
on most fake handbags, sometimes the label is crooked, also sometimes that stitching is improper

they should feel special enough getting one of your bags…don't go too over the top….often, a too-pretty package indicates not much inside. let your merchandise speak the loudest. but, if you want to do something a little extra, hand-write for:_______, enjoy your ______ handbag….later on, you can have your shipping dept. do it for you.

go to the shoe repair place or the local supermarket shoe polish isle and get a small can of spot remover/dry cleaning fluid. Get a small brush meant for suede. put the liquid on a clean cotton cloth and rub in circles all over the spots. finish off by buffing the suede up with the brush to raise the nap. let if dry and the cleaning fluid smell wear off (usually over nite) and your bag should be sitting pretty !
